Fixed line telco ETB has made an offer to buy 100% of pay TV operator Supercable. 60% owned by Venezuelan investors, Supercable provides voice, video and data services as well as internet access and television. The offer is valid for 30 days, after which ETB plans to withdraw if it is not accepted.
