China Telecom orders a million ADSL2+ lines

China Telecom has awarded ZTE a contract for the supply of a million ADSL2+ lines. The value of the deal has not been disclosed. China Telecom has awarded a number of similar deals in recent months; in December it contracted Huawei to supply a million ADSL lines and shortly after gave Shanghai Alcatel Bell a deal to supply ADSL2+ equipment to selected branches in 26 provinces.
