Siemens wins Vodafone 3G deal

Vodafone Malta has awarded Siemens a contract to roll out a national W-CDMA network. Under the terms of the deal Siemens will plan, design and optimise the entire radio and core network. Vodafone Malta currently has around 170,000 subscribers.
