Colombia Telecom offers respite to late payers

Colombia Telecom has given an olive branch to late-paying customers by offering to relieve them of interest charges on late bills and allowing them to pay the debt off over a period of 18 months. The purpose of the amnesty is to reconnect around 200,000 cut-off lines.
