Moldcell completes ‘Be Special’ campaign

Moldova’s smallest cellco Moldcell has completed its ‘Be Special’ promotional campaign, with 888 prizes having been donated by the operator to its customer base. The cellco said that the campaign was a success, with 125,000 new subscribers signing up to its network since the promotion was launched in November. Moldcell claimed around 370,000 subscribers at the end of September, and a 39% market share, competing against larger rival Voxtel which had 602,000 and 61%.
