Telekom Malaysia’s international investment arm TM International has announced that it has bought a 24.42% stake in Samart I-Mobile, a mobile distribution operation, for THB1.31 billion (USD32 million). As a result of the deal, the Samart Group’s stake in I-Mobile fell from 73% to 48.6%.
