Thai conglomerate Samart has announced that it will sell its 49% stake in cellco Cambodia Samart Communication (Casacom) to Telekom Malaysia for USD29 million. The move will make Casacom, the smallest of the country’s three wireless operators, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Malaysian incumbent.
