CTBC wants to double revenues by 2010

According to reports in local papers, Brazilian telco CTBC has revealed plans to invest BRL1 billion (USD440 million) into its network, with the aim of doubling revenues to BRL2.3 billion by 2010. The company plans to expand its operations in Minas Gerais state in particular, and is also looking to launch in new markets such as Belo Horizonte, Ribeirao Preto and Sao Paulo. As well as Minas Gerais it currently operates in Goias, Mato Grosso do Sul, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Parana and Brasilia.
