Qatar Telecom (Q-Tel) says that software provider Comptel has completed the upgrade of its billing platform with its OnlineLink solution, allowing the cellco to offer unified billing to fixed and mobile users, as well as online services and automatic payments to third-party content partners. Comptel has previously provided Q-Tel with its EarthLink post-paid mediation and InstantLink service activation products.
