Tiscali to invest EUR200 million in DSL network

5 Dec 2005

ISP Tiscali Germany is set to launch a trial of an unbundled DSL network in Frankfurt within the next few months, as part of a planned rollout of DSL infrastructure across Germany. The trial network will offer users broadband internet access and VoIP telephony services over fully unbundled lines. In addition to a EUR200 million infrastructure investment, Tiscali expects to spend at least the same amount again on marketing the new network.
