SingTel launches international Ethernet

Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) has announced the commercial launch of a new international Ethernet service for its corporate customers. Called Connect Plus E-Line, the carrier-grade service is reported to be cost-effective and scalable solution that offers customers point to point connectivity between two or more countries. The service will initially be available between Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the UK and the US. Customers can choose speeds of between 4Mbps and 16Mbps as well as 50Mbps and 100Mbps for their global wide area network.
