Telecom Italia told to hand Tele2 requested ADSL lines

17 Nov 2005

Telecom Italia has been ordered to supply Tele2 with 41,000 ADSL lines by the Milan appeal court. Telecom Italia had rejected Tele2’s application for the lines earlier this year as part of requests for a total 155,000 ADSL connections, saying that it already supplied services to the homes and businesses concerned. According to Italian news agency Radiocor, Telecom Italia now has 42 days to supply the lines.
