Danish telecoms group TDC has signed an agreement to sell its directory business TDC Directories for EUR650 million to European Directories, a consortium led by Macquarie Capital Alliance Group. European Directories already runs directories companies in Finland, Austria, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands.
