MTN Nigeria has contracted Harris Corporation of the US to increase the capacity of its ‘Y’elloBahn’ GSM network by 75%. Harris will supply its MegaStar 155 PX high-capacity synchronous digital radios to upgrade its existing microwave microwave on the 4,500km nationwide microwave transmission backbone network.
