Triple digit growth reported for wireless users

According to the Colombian Trade and Industry Ministry at the end of September 2005 there were 18.3 million wireless users in the country, an increase of 118% in twelve months. According to the Ministry Comcel has the lion’s share of the market with 11.33 million customers (61% of the total), followed by Telefonica Moviles (5.07 million, 28%) and Colombia Movil (1.83 million, 9.7%).
