ACCC says Telstra is biased against its rivals

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has accused incumbent telco Telstra of unfairly discriminating against its rivals over access to its network, enabling its retail divisions to access them at cheaper rates than rival operators. The ACCC said it is hoping to implement stricter interconnection rules next year under new government regulations.
