Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (Etisalat) has selected Nokia of Finland to supply its push-to-talk over cellular (PoC) network solution, a first for the UAE. The Finnish vendor’s Nokia Presence product is based on open standards and designed to support PoC and other applications.
