Telkom to divest stakes in three subsidiaries

Indonesian telco Telkom has revealed plans to divest its stakes in two or three of its subsidiaries by the end of this year. The telco currently has a total of ten subsidiaries, including mobile operator Telkomsel. It has said that one of the three units which could be sold is satellite operator Pasifik Satelit Nusantara (PSN), in which it owns a 22.57% stake, but it has not divulged the other two.
