Judge rules government acted legally in BTL case

A Miami judge has ruled that the Belizean government acted properly when it repossessed Belize Telecommunications Limited (BTL), after Innovative Communications Company (ICC), headed by entrepreneur Jeffrey Prosser, failed to pay USD52 million for the stake. The ruling leaves the government to dispose of the holding as it wishes.
