Malaysian wireless operator Celcom has contracted French vendor Alcatel to expand and upgrade its GSM infrastructure with a mobile next generation network (Mobile NGN) solution, enabling it to provide new multimedia services. The multi-million Euro deal is one of a series of agreements between the two long-standing partners.
