First GPON set up

South Korea’s first gigabit passive optical network (GPON) has been set up by Gangseo-gu Ward and FlexiLight Networks. The network will link Gangseo regional headquarters to 26 remote branches in a series of protected fiber rings that will deliver Ethernet data, video and TDM services.
