Three lined up for Chunghwa stake sale

Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and UBS have all been selected as arrangers for the USD3.2 billion sale of a 17% stake in Chunghwa Telecom by the Taiwanese government. The clamour to participate in the sale is reflected in the fact that the three institutions will share a fee of less than 1% of the proceeds.
