Kingston offloads French networks business

23 May 2005

UK telco Kingston Communications has agreed to sell its French data network integrator Arche Communications to Belgian company Telindus for EUR47 million. Kingston acquired Arche as part of its EUR250 million takeover of enterprise solutions company Omnetica last year and does not consider the business a core asset. Kingston has since merged Omnetica with another of its recent acquisitions, UK operator Technica, to form network systems provider Affiniti.
