Perlico to launch MVNO operations

Irish alternative fixed line operator Perlico Communications says it plans to enter the country’s mobile market as a MVNO following regulator ComReg’s recent appeal for more competitors to dominant cellcos O2 and Vodafone. Perlico is currently in negotiations with network operators with a view to launching a low-cost wireless service ‘within months’.
