DiGi wants youth to tune in to power-packed package

Malaysia’s DiGi Telecommunications expects to sign up over 300,000 new mobile users following the launch of its new pay-as-you-go service, ‘MTV Powerpack’, which targets the youth market with features including free SMS to friends and family, unlimited MTV music downloads, and MTV ‘gossip’ alerts. DiGi says the service is intended to strengthen its market position in the pre-paid segment.
