Broadband provider Digiweb has restored the connections of 450 of its customers, one week after its satellite communications provider Satlynx cut off services because the Irish firm allegedly breached the terms of their contract. Luxembourg-based Satlynx says it has restored Digiweb’s network connection following the agreement of ‘new and acceptable’ terms between the pair. Digiweb’s satellite broadband service is part of a government-backed scheme to provide communications in rural areas, including 1,500 Irish schools.
