Belarusian Network of Telecommunications (BeST) has launched a tender for equipment supply and installation for its GSM network, which it plans to commercially launch on 19 September. The deadline for the tender is 16 May 2005, with the winning bidder expected to provide software provision, warranty service and consulting and personnel training services in the first year of the contract.
