CEO of German ISP and telephony provider, Eckhard Spoerr, has expressed fears over the planned takeover of his company by parent mobilcom. Mr Spoerr warned of possible problems caused by a clash of corporate cultures, and added that mobilcom may force to make changes to its overall market strategy.
