Telstra introduces new offers

Telstra has announced plans to introduce new contracts for its fixed, mobile, ADSL and dial-up internet customers, which will give them more information on upfront costs and refund rights, as well as on their rights in the case of loss and damage, charges for suspension, cancellation or reconnection. The move is part of Telstra’s review of its customer relationships.
