Telkom stops long-distance VoIP calls

Telkom Kenya has banned its residential and business VoIP customers from using their calling cards to make international calls and has disconnected a line it had issued to ISP Kenya after finding out that its users were using it to make such calls. Brian Longwe, the Chief Technology Officer at ISP Kenya, claims that Telkom is in breach of its contractual obligations.
