Storm launches VoIP offer

South African telco Storm has revealed details of a new voice-over-IP (VoIP) service, which is claims can offer subscribers savings of up to 70% on the price of overseas calls, and 60% on the cost of national calls. The new VoIP service will be billed on a per-minute basis, and is aimed at business customers making over 5,000 minutes of international calls a month.
