ZTE bags another CDMA deal

Chinese equipment manufacturer ZTE has been awarded a contract for the supply of CDMA450 for Co-operative Telefonica Calafate (CoTeCal). ZTE claims to have deployed 20 million lines of CDMA equipment for more than 50 operators in over 40 countries including Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Egypt, Indonesia, Algeria, Nigeria, Kenya, India, Indonesia and Vietnam. ZTE’s CDMA450 equipment has been used around the world, in Russia, Norway, Venezuela and Brazil, among other countries.
