Huawei set to get the nod in USD342 million CDMA contract

According to reports in Thailand’s The Nation newspaper, CAT Telecom will award Chinese manufacturer Huawei Technologies a USD342 million contract to expand its CDMA contract. The vendor is believed to have scored highest in the technical qualification round and is expected to submit the lowest bid. The other short-listed companies are Motorola and Ericsson.
