PTA warns cellcos to improve services

Pakistani telecoms regulator the PTA has issued a warning to the country’s cellcos to improve the quality of service significantly by 15 January if they want to avoid having legal action taken against them. Mobile users have issued a growing number of complaints against the operators over the last few months, including severe congestion, call connection errors, dropped calls and excessive billing.
