NHS claims GBP4.5 million from BT for late delivery

BT Group and the National Health Service (NHS) are looking to reach an agreement over GBP4.5 million compensation that the NHS is claiming from BT for late delivery on an improved broadband link. BT is installing several broadband links for the NHS under a seven year, GBP530 million deal as part of a programme to create a ‘digital health service’. BT says that the contract is now back on schedule.
