EMT and Vivaldi dream up new Diil for Estonia

Estonia Mobile Telecommunications (EMT), in conjunction with brand consultancy Vivaldi, has come up with a new low-cost brand for the Estonian mobile market named Diil (“deal” in the Estonian language). The brand will exist as an MVNO providing services over EMT’s existing network, and will be aimed squarely at the lower end of the market.
