Q-tel to offer internet services to universities

Qatar-based Q-tel has signed an agreement with the International Fund for Higher Education in Iraq to provide internet services to universities and other educational institutions in Iraq. The operator will launch the service using VSAT technology, which it only introduced in August. The new service will also be used for communicating between universities and schools.
