Regulator publishes Maltacom RUO

The Malta Communications Authority has published a reference unbundling offer (RUO) for the country’s incumbent telco Maltacom Group, enabling the country’s alternative operators to provide services over its local loop. The regulator hopes that the RUO will encourage competition in the market.
