Cell C contracts Nokia for MMS

South African mobile operator Cell C has signed an agreement with Nokia for the provision of a multimedia messaging service (MMS) solution; once rolled out the service will be the first of its kind in Sub-Saharan Africa. The value of the deal has not been revealed.
