Cyta to invest in 3G

The Cyprus Telecommunications Authority (Cyta) has revealed plans to invest CYP100 million (USD52 million) on the rollout of a 3G network. Ericsson, Alcatel, Nokia and Motorola have been invited to tender for the contract to supply the necessary infrastructure.
