Sagem gets help for first i-mode handset

10 Aug 2004

Sagem has contracted Openwave Systems to provide software for its SG321i mobile handset, one of the first i-mode phones to be produced in Europe. The phone is the first fruits of a tie-up between the French vendor and i-mode’s developer, Japan’s NTT DoCoMo. The handset will use Openwave’s mail client and mobile internet browser.
