AAPT plans MVNO move

5 Aug 2004

AAPT has revealed a plan to offer 3G services from the end of the year, under an MVNO agreement with Hutchison 3G Australia in which it owns a 20% stake. According to AAPT it will focus on offering the high speed wireless service to specific niche markets, much as it has done with other wireline products such as VoIP where it has followed a strategy of targeting the small and medium-sized enterprise market.
