The Infocomm Development Authority has relaxed its 3G rollout requirements slightly by moving the deadline date for its technical testing of the start-up networks back by three months to the end of March 2005. The three licensees – SingTel Mobile, MobileOne and StarHub – must have their 3G services available by the end of this year, but will now have the first quarter of 2005 to iron out any technological problems.
