Telstra and Hutch back in 3G share talks

Telstra and Hutchison Telecommunications have resumed talks concerning a deal to share infrastructure for an AUD1 billion 3G mobile network. The pair were engaged in similar talks earlier this year – which would have seen the pair network sharing, as well as Telstra buying Hutchison’s Orange CDMA business – but negotiations ended without a resolution in April.
