LG Telecom pilots 1xEV-DV

In preparation of the launch of LG Telecom’s commercial 1xEV-DV network, STMicroelectronics, Texas Instruments and Nokia have begun testing equipment for interoperability. The EV-DV standard will offer peak data rates of up to 3.1Mbps.
