KT mulls volume-based broadband billing

Broadband saturation and stagnating revenues have caused KT Corp to consider the introduction of volume rather than flat fee-based billing for its internet customers. As it stands, KT’s customers are charged between KRW30,000 and KRW50,000 per month, depending on their chosen speed of access.
