KPN and HTCC sign agreement over PanTel

Netherlands-based KPN has signed a contract with Hungarian Telephone and Cable Corporation (HTCC) over the sale of the former’s 75.2% stake in fixed line operator PanTel. The transaction is unlikely to go ahead before the end of the year, and is currently awaiting approval from several institutions.
