FT reorganises

France Telecom (FT) has announced plans to adapt its organisation into five operational divisions. The Enterprise Communications Services division will be responsible for the development of services to business customers around the world. It will include its existing Corporate Solutions Division, Equant and the Corporate Solutions Marketing Department of the Fixed line Services and Distribution France Division (FDF). The Home Communications Services Division will become responsible for all residential communication services, in particular broadband services on the fixed line network throughout Europe. It will include Wanadoo, Uni2 and the Consumer Marketing Department of Fixed line Services and Distribution France. The Personal Communications Services division will be responsible for developing communication services for individuals on mobile terminals and will fully integrate Orange. The Sales and Services France division, meanwhile, will be in charge of distributing all group products in France to the consumer and SME markets, while the International division will be responsible for developing the TP SA group and other overseas investments excluding Orange, Wanadoo and Equant.
