Telecom to reinvest profits in 2004

State-owned operator Colombia Telecomunicaciones (Telecom) has said it will invest around USD50 million in modernising its infrastructure in 2004, after recording a profit of around USD170 million (COP457 billion) in 2003, compared to a loss of similar proportions in 2002.
