TeliaSonera Sweden will shave its MMS tariffs by 25% to USD0.39 per message. In 2003 TeliaSonera’s customers sent over 2.3 million MMS messages, 60% of which were sent by private customers. The telco is currently offering a free MMS service at weekends (Friday through Sunday), which is due to end on 2 May 2004.
